Our Services
Each of our packages is customisable depending on the context of the school and the terms of engagement. The examples below provide an overview of the services provided to help determine the suitability of our engagement.
LIFT
This is the most thorough engagement of Lift Consultants. This includes presentations to staff, onsite and offsite meetings with staff and parents, student engagement, surveys, quantitative reports with analysis and suggested actions.
This is the service that inspired the creation of Lift Consultants. The ability to accurately hear the thinking of the community, understand their hopes and dreams and provide feedback to a leader on 'how they are going'.
The core aim of this process is to capture the truth of the community. This honours individual perspective whilst providing context. This allows for accurate planning of next steps.
GROW
Development of a 1-2-1 coaching model for key members of the Executive Team. After working through quantitative and qualitative data, this is a tool to help support ownership of outcomes and the planning of professional growth for individuals or teams within a school setting.
This service allows for the continued support of a staff member through an intermediary. The purpose of this engagement is to establish a positive growth coaching relationship between Lift Consultants and the nominated individual.
This work is available in person or via remote connection.
PLAN
Using engagement data to plan the next strategic steps or recruitment process to ensure the key drivers, priorities and opportunities that underpin the future focused project.
Lift Consultants act as advocates for community sentiment and guarantee a broader cross section of a community are represented in the planning and preparation stages of Strategic Planning, Master Planning, or Senior Executive Recruitment.
Moving from strategy to action and ultimately towards implementation and measurement is a process that many schools seek support with. At different stages throughout this work, Lift Consultants can provide varying levels of support.
