Director
As the director of Lift Consultants, Richard started the company with a desire to make a difference in schools. It takes courage for leaders to seek open and honest feedback from their teams. Lift Consultants aims to be the broker of that information in the most positive way. He brings incredible energy and positivity with engagement. Ultimately, the purpose of Lift Consultants is to help school leaders and their communities. This integrity behind this desire results in an authentic service to those that engage.
Having worked in several schools across multiple countries, different systems, at all levels from Principal to teacher, with each demonstrating its own socio-economic profile, Richard states there are factors consistently important to school success. In addition, those leaders seeking to connect with their communities are often those that experience greater connection and success in their roles.
In his position with Lift Consultants, Richard has engaged with some of our most inspirational leaders in our school, all of which is a part of helping our schools develop and grow. The combination of a strategic passion and personal insight allows for a unique service to be provided to schools.
Tina Cornish
Data and Analytics
Tina is the organisational force behind Lift Consultants. With an eye for detail and an unbeatable efficiency, she is often the individual that completes the final work with a client. Experience across multiple school and cultural settings has refined her analytic skill. Contacted by individuals across Australia for her support, there is no shortage of commendation for her work.
Starting as a school officer in the United Kingdom, Tina has become a master of all things data. Having worked in some of the most successful schools in Australia, her impact is well known and highly regarded. If there is a problem, Tina is often the one to fix it. At Lift Consultants, she is able to produce document and visuals that help leaders grow. An openness to engagement and co-creation in this space is rare, however, this is a key attribute of Lift Consultants.
Experience in upskilling professionals has allowed her to refine her craft and continually improve. She was an early adopter of AI in education and has integrated it into her work.
Our logo is a core part of who we are. The design principles around the logo were to capture two-way conversation, active listening, and human connection.
The image has been designed to respresent talking heads, connection strength or dialogue. This is where Lift Consultants aims to make a difference.
Leaders are often asked ''what do you do to support staff wellbeing?'' We want the engagement of Lift Consultants to be the number one answer for schools in Australia. Done well, our work makes a difference.
